To be eligible for a refund, your item must not be passed 24 Hours have passed since your Order.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of order.

- If domain and hosting are not paid for.
- The order has been placed but rokhelp team not yet start the work.
- If you receive the service without a product and are not satisfied with it, you will receive a full refund.
