Our refund policy forever. If 24 Hours have passed since your order, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must not be passed 24 Hours have passed since your Order.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of order.


Additional non-returnable items:

  • Refunds are not accepted if our service has been fully fulfilled.
  • Downloadable software products


There are certain circumstances where a full refund will be given:

  • If domain and hosting are not paid for.
  • The order has been placed but rokhelp team not yet start the work.
  • If you receive the service without a product and are not satisfied with it, you will receive a full refund.


We do not provide any exchange policy for digital products and services.
